High Quality Raw Materials
The performance and reliability of a polyurethane wheel start with the quality of raw materials used in its formulation. At Speciality Urethanes Pvt. Ltd., we source only premium-grade raw materials to ensure consistency, durability, and superior mechanical properties in every wheel we manufacture.
Prepolymers
We utilise high-performance MDI/TDI and NDI-based prepolymers, chosen for their exceptional resilience, load-bearing capacity, and resistance to wear and tear. Specialised grades are selected for demanding environments such as cold storage or high-temperature operations.
Curatives
High-purity curatives are employed to achieve controlled cross-link density. This ensures balanced properties like hardness, elasticity, and hydrolysis resistance, resulting in wheels that retain performance even under dynamic loads.
